Cancellation Policy


When booking an appointment at our salon, a deposit of $50, that applies to the service cost, is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable, in the event of a cancellation within 48hr hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients. To reschedule, client must give notice at least  72hr prior to the appointment, to avoid any fees.

No- Shows

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.

Touch ups

All semi permanent procedures require two sessions to be completed. Second session is done 6-8 weeks after the first session. In the event you miss your second appointment and reschedule beyond 8 weeks, a $50 fee will apply  at the time of your session.

Results are not Guaranteed 

Since these techniques are semi permanent and very superficial, the outcome of all procedures is not 100% predictable, results vary depending on skin type, medications taken, properly following the after care and other factors. Therefore if the client needs a 3rd session before 6 months it will be an extra charge of $100.
